1. Eligibility for Refund

Time Frame: The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Product: The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or personalized products.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. Return Process
