  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post. Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs, and courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India: Flat rate or free shipping for orders above [₹99].

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.


6. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country.

  • Rafat International is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery (or estimated delivery date for lost shipments).

  • We will assist with filing a claim with the courier and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
